Vice President, Government Client Solutions at Tsunami ARVR
We are seeking proven, sales management leaders that have experience managing high performance sales teams. Responsibilities include management of 6-8 client account directors. Role requires experience in developing teams and the ability to work across functional orgs to deliver the support necessary to close top opportunities in the region. Federal, state/local government sales and management experience required.

- 10+ years in managing software and/or application sales teams selling primarily to state, local, and federal agencies
- Understanding of federal and state government contract vehicles and procurement processes
- Solid sales forecasting abilities
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue objectives, while building satisfied, loyal and reference-able customers
- B.A./B.S. degree
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Dynamic individual with great teamwork and interpersonal skills
